The crew that came to my house was so awesome. They did above and beyond what the job entailed. They where polite and respectable to my whole family. Thank you Bill and your team.
As the owner of Live Simply Senior Transitions & Home Staging, this will be the painting company that I'll recommend FIRST, to my clients!! Bill's team was timely, efficient, professional and super easy to work with. I appreciated all of those on the crew that basically painted the entire house for my elderly clients, getting ready to put it on the market! Vic, Mike, Chris, Wes and Noonie were all rockstars...and the price was reasonable too.
The team did an awesome job! I am very satisfied with their work.
I have had this company do my house, deck, and more for over 15 years. The owner, Bill Pines, is awesome along with all his workers. You will not be disappointed!
Had my bathroom painted, stellar work!
Rochester NY Painters, I thank you Bill Pine for the craftsmanship that goes that you and your team bring to our community. It is evident that attention to detail is always prevalent.
Fantastic job. Finished everything on time!
We gave our old, yucky basement a huge facelift this winter and I can not recommend Bill Pine at Rochester NY Painters enough! Truly outstanding job from start to finish! They also added a wall and a door for us, with no problem at all! Bill’s team was professional and lovely to be around! They worked quickly and also paid close attention to detail, we were very impressed and love our new basement 😍
Painted the outside of my house and thier team did a great job. Really made sure to focus on the details and talked to me throughout the job to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. I am also a custom home builder in the area and use them on all my new home builds. If you need a painter for really any job Bill will take care of you and make sure you are happy with the job.
Bill and his crew were highly professional, fast, and the work is high quality. Bill worked around my budget and got in to get my job done in the same week. They did the majority of my 2,300 square foot home in just one day including removal of old phone line boxes, drywall repair, and painting of the walls. His entire crew was very professional and polite. I work from home and they were also very quiet while they were working which was not expected but a huge plus! I highly recommend using them for your project.
I had a last minute interior paint job that needed to be done prior to sale. After walking through the property with the painter for a quote, I received a call from the owner. He stated that while he could undertake the project I had listed, he felt with a more limited scope including specific touchups the house would be ready for sale. He saved us a lot of money. Rarely have I encountered that level of honesty. Not only that, but the job was done in an extremely tight time frame and was very high quality. Would recommend this company, and plan to utilize their services in the future.
Professional and polite, very good service
Bill was fast to respond , great prices and amazing work .will be using again . Very impressed. Thank you
Bill and his crew are pros...Timely, clean and accommodating! You won't have any worries here and the results are spot on! Kevin Murray
These guys are great They painted the exterior of my house. I'm so impressed with the teamwork the guys all worked together and did a fantastic job I'm very happy. I highly recommend them. Bill and Greg are the best and a special thanks to Tony for all of his hard work. Thank You !!
Bill and his crew are true professionals and perform very elegant and precise work in a super timely fashion. In no time at all they completely transformed the way our house looks. Their warranty is what a true business owner's warranty should reflect for its customers. My wife and I couldn't be happier about the level of performance and the peace of mind they give us. They look at a business-client relationship through the perspective of the customer. Thanks Bill, Tony, and the crew! Highly recommended.
I cannot say enough nice things about this company. I have used them twice and they have amazed me both times. They just painted my entire house - in less than 2 days. Their attention to detail is amazing. Bill (the owner) is so accommodating and thorough. He also has a huge network of other home improvement professionals available. Thanks again for everything!
Bill has done several projects for me over the course of about 10 years. I've never had a complaint. His prices are reasonable, the work is always done right and his crew is great to work with. Bonnie
Great workmanship and good price.
Fast, efficient and the right price!
Bill was able to come out within a few days of calling to do a deck. He was easy to get a hold of and quick on the quoting process as well. Reasonable price and understood how we wanted it done. thank you so much bill & your team !
These guys were great! We painted almost every room in the house and it was painless. They were on schedule and always professional. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were very mindful of their surroundings. We were concerned about our two dogs through the project but Bill worked with us on a plan to keep them content and it worked out great! Couldn't recommend these guys enough.
Bill and his crew did a great job for me. They were very accommodating to my tight schedule and did extra things for me very professional! My bedrooms had never been painted in 26 years. Bill transformed them into beautiful rooms I can be proud to show. My bathroom is beautiful and was not in the original plan, but he called in extra people to complete the job in one day. I would recommend Rochester NY Painters to anyone. Thanks, Bill!
Bill and his team were wonderful to work with. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
Remarkable work, and customer service!!!!

Excellent job! Great guys to work with they really cared and made sure it was done right.
We had an absolutely fabulous experience with Bill Pine and his team of painters. They did a wonderful job with our house, and quickly - painting nearly the entire house in just two days. I would definitely recommend Rochester NY Painters for any job - we will definitely be tapping them for other jobs in our house soon!
Great work
Bill and his crew just finished painting my family and bathroom. I couldn't be happier with the work and professionalism. They cleaned up after themselves every day, the work was impeccable, and the guys were really friendly. Bill had great ideas for how to update our built-in bookshelf. They even replaced my bathroom fan because it wasn't moving enough air. They did everything they promised and more. I HIGHLY recommend them.
Bill was wonderful! He responded immediately and was a true professional. He and his team did a fantastic job painting the exterior of my house and he even found someone to fix my broken railing as well! Great communication, quick responses. Price was very reasonable and was money well spent. Highly recommend.
Bill met my wife and I at our first home purchase a week after closing. He walked through with us and listened to what we were thinking to do as far as rooms and stuff that needed to be done. He also saw other work (dry wall\trim filling) that we missed. Communication after was great and once we agreed on the estimate his crew came in and did a wonderful job on our house. We couldn't be happier and look forward to working with him and his crew again.
Great team of painters and very professional. High attention to detail and a pleasure to work with.
They are top of the line professionals here. I can not recommend them enough. If you want a quality job that’s worth every penny of your money, go with Rochester NY Painters. They are the knowledgeable professionals you need to get your job done. Thanks again for all your help Bill!
Bill and his crew did a fantastic job with my living room and kitchen! I will be using them for all my painting projects moving forward. Bill gave me a quick and easy to understand quote for the work they'll be doing. He really helped me out and explained the whole process and answered all my questions. The pricing was spot on for the amazing quality of work. I will be recommending their services to all my family and friends who are in need of a painter.
Did amazing job
I had a great experience with Rochester NY Painters! The team was professional, reliable, and did an excellent job from start to finish. Their attention to detail and quality of work really stood out, and they made sure everything was done properly and left the space looking great. They were easy to communicate with, respectful of my home, and clearly take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Rochester NY Painters to anyone looking for a professional, high-quality painting company in the Rochester area!
This is a wonderful company and their staff are awesome. His team is so friendly, hard working and takes pride in there work. I would totally recommend them.
Bill is a very nice guy and provides excellent service at a fair price.
Bill and his crew did an outstanding job. I hired Bill 14 years ago to paint my previous home and called upon him again for my current home. He and his crew were prompt, courteous and took exceptional care with my floors and furniture. I am so happy with the beautiful job they did. I will definitely call upon Bill for any future projects.
Bill was incredibly helpful throughout my kitchen renovation. With his years of experience you know that he will never steer you wrong. His workers were dependable with excellent attention to detail. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend Rochester NY Painters.
Amazing amazing amazing! Bill came in and saved the day when a another contractor abandoned the job with our ceilings. Finished everything beautifully and on time and got us back on schedule. We hired him and his team again to paint our walls and again did an amazing job. So clean and timely and professional. We are forever grateful to Bill and his team!!! Thank you!!!
Did a terrific job at my residence. Did both painting and drywall finishing. Also sprayed my basement ceiling and it looks amazing. Price was also very fair compared to other quotes I received.
Hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with. Greg and team did an amazing job and were incredibly flexible in their timing. They painted while we were on vacation and Greg sent photos of the progress the whole time they were working. I was a bit nervous at first about paint splatter on the new hardwoods we had just installed, but Greg assured me they would take good care of my home. The team delivered - in one of the pictures he sent, I could see that every square foot of the floor was covered and when we got home, the floors were in just as good of shape as when I left. Equally important was the customer service on the job. Greg was completely professional and made it abundantly clear that quality is what they are after. These guys have a warranty that if I find something wrong with their job in the next few years, they will come back and fix it. When the job was complete, Greg thanked me for inviting them into my home and giving them the opportunity to work with them, and he was completely genuine about it. Rochester NY Painters will be my #1 choice on all future work. Choose them - you won't be disappointed!!
While shopping around for someone to paint the exterior of my home, I called and spoke with owner, Bill Pine. He came to my house, took some measurements, and provided me with a competitive quote. He is fair on his pricing. He and his crew were very courteous, professional, timely and had a excellent attention to detail through every step of the process. The work was done quickly and cleanly, and now my house looks amazing! They painted my entire house in 2 days. If I ever need additional painting done, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Rochester NY Painters. Thanks Bill! You and your team are great!

Bill is a friendly, wonderful guy who went above and beyond to help. I am now recommending him to anyone I know that needs work done.
Could not be happier with the level of quality and professionalism. Bill and his team painted a fairly big project perfectly and in a timely manor. Surpassed all expectations. Amazing price for what I got in return. Will be recommending his company to my friends from now on.
My enclosed patio glass door frames have many black stains that i can not wash them off, the stains are also on the patio ceiling, i called Rochester NY Painters asking them to come over to give me an estimate for a new painting job. Bill and his staff came over this morning, Bill told me the black stains are mold which can be easily washed off by laundry bleach. Bill asked me to give him a rag and cleaning bleach, he carefully removed one of the glass doors, his staff Tom applied the bleach and wiped the mold away, it was a good demonstration. Tom also washed off a section of the black steins from the ceiling to show me how it works. Bill explained to me the reason of causing the mold to grow is because i do not have soffit vents and roof vents installed when the patio was built, I do not need a paint job for my patio but need to have soffit vents installed. Upon my request, he gave me a referral to a company that does soffit vents. Before they go, Bill takes the time to show me how to take the glass door off so i can do the cleaning myself. Besides being knowledgeable, Bill and Tom are extremely friendly and polite. When my house needs a paint job, i know who to call.
Rochester NY Paintings Inc. did an amazing job to the interior paint in my house. Bill is always on time and reliable. The crew came and finished the job 1 day ahead of the time estimated. They also treated my house with respect. Overall I am very pleased with their work. Plus the cost was very reasonable! We are blessed to hire Rochester NY Paintings and have transformed our house to a new home!
I hired Bill and his team to paint my basement ceiling (spray) and walls. Bill worked with my budget and his team was professional, on time and accommodated my schedule to get the job done in a timely manner. Due to the nature of the work, touch ups were needed and Bill made sure to come back promptly (but when it was convenient for me) to do them himself. I would highly recommend Rochester Painters!
Bill's crew did an outstanding job. His crew was very professional and skilled painters (Tom, Tony & Wes). They completed a large and complex job to ensure the job with exceptional results. We definately intend to hire Rochester NY Painters for future work.
Bill Pine and his professional team did a great job! They have painted both exteriors and interiors for me and have always been pleasant, neat and professional. Their work has always been done in a timely manner and both Bill and his team took time to ask if everything was done to my satisfaction. Also, Bill's estimates are fair and he sticks to the price, even if something unexpected pops up. I trust him and his judgement. I will not hesitate to call him again for future work.
Bill and his crew were able to do our job within days of contacting him. They are highly professional, did outstanding work!
Great work, great guys. They were able to help us make our house a home. Would recommend these guys to anyone
Bill and his crew did an excellent job. They were very timely and professional and even fixed some issues with a job I had done by a previous company. Thanks!
They did a great job. Excellent communication. Work done as requested. Quality was exceptional. Estimates were all very reasonable. Would definitely hire again.
Bill and his team painted my moms Kitchen and Living Room and she and her husband are very happy with the timing and the looks of the project! Thank you so much Bill for all of your help!
POW!!! Awesome Job!!!! Thank you Bill and your Team. For a job well done ....
Hands down, amazing job! I tend to be a perfectionist... and it's very nice when you hire someone as anal-retentive. Bill and his crew were amazing. He was here when he said he would be, completed the job when they said they would. His service was not cheap, though certainly not the most expensive...and you get what you pay for. They painted my living room which included built-ins. Simply amazing.
Just wanted to add my review with Bill and there's nothing but good things to say. The estimate was spot on, said they would be done by Tuesday and they are practically done on Sunday, just a few finishing touches Monday. Very respectful and hes already got my mothers attention for work she and my father need done. Will definitely keep him in the contact list for whatever I might need next.
Bill Pine personally took care of me. His people painted the interior and exterior of my home. I couldn't have been happier with the quality of the work and the professional way he and his employees handled themselves. I also had them paint my offices with the same results. I would recommend Rochester NY Painters to anyone in need of top shelf painting services.
Bill and his crew met me at my new house immediately after our closing to get 3 bedrooms painted. They were prompt, polite, and did a great job! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional painter.
They Did an excellent job and we're quick to respond to my call. The price was very reasonable and I thank them for a job well done. I would definitely hire them for another job if needed. A++.
They where professional and finished on time and on budget!
Fantastic, professional work.
Bill and his crew are not only friendly, down to earth hard workers. They are also meticulous with the detail and pride they put into all their work. Whether the job is on the smaller side or a whole building. 10/10 would only recommend them!
★★★★★ After I bought my condo, it needed a full paint job. A friend referred me to Mr. Pine with Rochester, New York Painters, and I’m so glad I decided to hire him for the job! He and his crew were courteous, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was impeccable, and the results exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional painting company. I’ll absolutely be calling them for any future painting work or repairs I may need. Definitely 5+ stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Professional, kind and dependable, Bill has been on-site helping with many projects through-out my community. He has responded to calls for all kinds of physical plant issues, day or night, and his work is always amazing. It's easy to see why he's been successfully in business for so many years I highly recommend Bill!!!
Bill and crew painted the interior of our garage. Great job! Prompt, friendly, professional. We would hire them again without hesitation! Thanks, Bill!
I can’t say enough good things about Bill and his work! If you’re looking for quality painting in the Rochester area then you’ve found your team. Bill will answer all your questions and make you feel at ease throughout your project. I trust him and his work and have never been disappointed! Don’t waste your time with others who are less qualified, less detail oriented and possibly less expensive- you get what you pay for and with RNYP you won’t be disappointed!
Excellent job! Rochester Painters were neat, efficient and the paint job looks great!
Bill was absolutely fantastic. Extremely responsive, high quality work. Went out of his way for us and you would never know there was damage that he had to fix! I HIGHLY recommend him!!!
As per Google I searched for a local painter. The first hit went to voice mail. 2nd call Bill answered late afternoon. By noon the next day he and his 2 coworkers arrived and painting my bathroom ceiling to floor within an hour or a bit. So perfect they left it! As a previous painter/interior decorator myself I know their expertise! Such professionalism. My father and family self owned businesses. You give excellent customer service you might tell 10 people...bad, you tell 100. Bill is my angel. Bill, you get not just 5plus stars....there are not enough to light the night sky! I’m overwhelmed by your generosity! I recommend Bill’s Painting if you require quality custom painting. I can attest to indoor painting but, I’m sure outdoor as the same excellent quality. Bill arrives promptly and his team/crew very professional and excellent results in a short amount of time. Cyber donuts and coffee....LOL😇 Angel Lori
The owner is a really nice guy and easy to talk to. He asks the right questions to drill down to the solution. I highly recommend giving him a call.
Bill & his crew are great for attention to detail from start to finish. They just completed my entire home interior paint project recently in 2026, and everyone that has come to my home are very impressed with Bill & his crew for such a beautiful attention to detail & beautiful paint project completed.
Bill and his crew were really great to work with. We contacted them initially for a few rooms that had to be done quickly as we were in the middle of a major house re-construction that touched all of the rooms in our house except for 3. The process had been painful and we couldn't occupy the house while this was going on. Construction is never easy and we didn't want anything else holding us up. We normally paint ourselves, but needed it all done at once without taking time off of work, being too slow and not having the right equipment etc. I always hesitate to call people for indoor painting when I know we could be doing it on our own to save money. I DO NOT regret having his crew in to do this work! They painted our newly constructed kitchen/powder room, a living room area, up the steep staircase and into a continuous 2nd floor hallway, and a 2nd floor bedroom. They did this all for a fair price and with a quick turnover so that the work could continue with the construction crew without delays. We really appreciated them being able to step in on short notice to get the job done. Fast forward about 9 months; I realized that I hated one of the colors after living with it for a little while. (At the time, we were making hasty decisions in a "let's get this done" mode) Called them back up to repaint the hallway/stairwell and they happily did that as well. I was glad to rehire them for this since they did a nice job to begin with. We have an older home with finicky, imperfect plaster walls that do not always paint well. They handled it all well. Would recommend for sure.
Our third time working with Rochester NY painters and they always do an excellent job. Very reliable, trustworthy, and responsive to all of our needs. Cant recommend them highly enough.
We had most of the interior of the house painted. Walls, ceiling and trim. Bill fit us into his schedule quickly and his crew was very professional, timely and had a excellent attention to detail. I most certainly recommend Rochester NY Painters and we will definitely use them on future projects!!
I can’t say enough positive things about Bill and Rochester NY Painters. My wife and I were moving and wanted to paint our young kids’ rooms to look identical to the previous house. Bill and his team came out on short notice and did an amazing job for an incredibly reasonable price, saving me a ton of hassle. Look forward to working with Bill again on future projects.

There are not enough stars for the work Bill and his crew do! They are punctual, reasonable and extremely personable. They painted the exterior of my house and did so at ease. It is obvious how much these guys are dedicated and extremely hard working. They pay attention to detail and are extremely thorough, making recommendations for colors when I was questioning the colors myself. I am beyond satisfied with the work they have done and will recommend them from now on to anyone in need of work!
Bill and his team are extremely professional and exceptionally talented painters. They pay attention to every detail and leave your home looking perfect. I've hired Rochester NY Painters twice so far and both projects exceeded my expectations. I will use them again for any future projects and painting needs. So thankful to find wonderful, trustworthy painters.
Bill and team did an excellent job on our deck and right in time for memorial day! With their worry free guarantee, they stand by their work! I'd highly recommend them for your next paint job.
An excellent job was done on very short notice. My vaulted ceiling needed some tlc. A great job was done.
It doesnt take very long to see that the owner bill is a really nice guy who cares about doing the job right the first time. The work crew were very polite and cleaned up after each work day. After hearing so many friends and family complain about how contractors delay and take forever i was nervous to hire someone. I am glad i chose Bill and surprised that the job is already done. I highly recommend them.
We received a prompt and accurate estimate. The crew arrived on time and completed the work well and within the scheduled and allotted time. The results were attractive and clean. Highly recommend!
Bill was great to work with from start to finish. His crew was able to come in on short notice and get our house looking great for when we list it on the market. I would highly recommend Bill and his crew for any of your painting needs.
Outstanding company A-Z. They literally bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule, did a fantastic job (flawless painting), and were reasonably priced. They saw I was remodeling and gave tons of tips and even helped out with some unrelated work. I went with them because of their outstanding reviews, and you rarely see such rave reviews, probably because you rarely see such quality work at a reasonable price. Thanks Bill & John!
Very professional and responsive - did what they said they would do and more, and were on time. - loved the paint job and the touch up tips! Were on time and did quality work. Will Be sure to call them again!
Very happy! Bill is wonderful. Great work, professional team. Highly recommend!
Bill and team were the greatest! They did amazing job painting our home. Thank you.
Bill and his crew did a great job on my living room. They finished the job in around 3 hrs. Other painters told me it would take a day to a day in half. I would highly recommend them.
As the holiday season ends, my wife and I feel grateful for our home, which we renovated in 2013-2014. Every wall, ceiling, window trim, and door was painted by Bill Pine and his team. One year, the contractors were still finishing up the day before Thanksgiving, and Rochester NY Painters brought in a special crew that finished all the painting just a few hours before the turkey went in the oven. The colors and the quality of the painting give each room an elegant feel. Looking back, we're always glad we found Bill Pine's company to do this work. They are true craftsmen. We would hire them again if the need ever arises, even if we had friends or family who offered to paint for free.
Wow. They just finished painting my entire new home. It took only 4 days and they did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Bill and his exceptional staff.
I originally hired someone to remodel our bathroom, but unfortunately it became clear about half way in he was way over his head. I didn't know what to do. A co-worker referred Bill to me. I had very few options given the mess our only full bath was in. Thank God I called Bill. He immediately went above and beyond to get my bathroom functional again so we could at least use it. He then began planning and then working on finishing our bathroom. It came out amazing. It was such a relief to have someone who actually cared about us working on this project. Would definitely recommend Bill, and would definitely use him again.
